Thank users who don't use AdBlock #132

There should be a script that detects ad blocking and show a message about why ads are important for Tomatoes existence and development. Also the same detector should thank users who don't use any ad blocker.

I had specifically disabled adblock for tomatoes, but just now I got played a video ad with sound, which is not very good with a running pomodoro, so i reenabled it for now. May want to ad an issue to make sure that doesn't happen.

@phreeza I agree, I can't have ads making noise, distracting me from my pomodoro.
