• fail이 일어나는 effect에 .run을 해서 effect를 임의로 발생시켜주어야 함
• 만약 Error가 타입만 있고 인스턴스가 없는 경우 (자바의 Throwable 과 그 하위 타입 에러들) equalTo 대신 isSubtype[Error](anything)을 사용하면 된다
