Also:

added flag to disable JSON.stringify of the resulting data object
added basic .editorconfig
microdata.parse(html) now accepts html as first parameter (old signature support is preserved)
fixed microdata.parseUrl(url, callback) callback not called if underlying http request returned error
removed internal usage of global vars + other code cleanup and refactor
updated doc to JSDoc
