In the detail view, I expect to see the same "headers" when I download a
csv file, we can have a link to the dwc page or a pop-oup on mouseover to
see the definition, because sometimes we are lost. The same use the same
"field name" and "all" fields in the advance search.

When we talk about the "Layers", sometimes we have the "filename",
sometimes we have the "field name", under the "select layers" are different.

The CSV file download headers are the same as the CSV file upload headers. 
Within the
Detail view the labels for these same fields are more human readable by design.

The layer names as well as file names are now accessible from the layer details 
window.
