DwC update #309

The new Darwin Core has passed through private review and is about to go 
for public comment. When ratified, REBIOMA should be checked for compliance 
with the standard. This will mean removal of the Extension tabs that exist 
in the detail view in favor of the DwC classes Sample, Event, Location, 
Taxonomy, Identification. The CSV upload documentation accessible from the 
help page will also have to be updated.
