Minimize controls on map view #314

The controls on the map obscure the underlying map and can be inconvenient
for viewing. Each of the controls on the map would benefit from an extra
control button that hid and showed the controls alternately. I would make
one such button for each control set, so one for the Go button and text box
(button icon reflecting a geosearch), one for the select layers choice box
(little raster icon?), and one for the model select control. The hide/show
button should have flyover text saying what they do (Show GeoSearch, Show
Layer Select, Show Model Select).
