buttons at top of page allowing sign in issue tracker lost #315

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I entered without signing in and conducted simple and advanced searches
2.Later I wanted to sign in, but the buttons allowing this were missing
3.I closed out, and then went back into the website to find them

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Seems to have been fixed already. Can not reproduce this problem.
