Update someone's records

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download "My Occurrences" as a csv
2. Change one of the "Id" to another one in the databse (wich is not one of
my record) for example Rebioma Id : 1752750, Owner 40, Owner Email,
ckremen@gmail.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No change because it's not my record
