Owner = UserId #320

Not very user friendly especially when the Owner email is hidden. May be
creating a new field as "Owner Name" = first_name + last_name in the
Occurence table and populate during the upload like the email.

We'll remove OwnerID and add OwnerName. Need to also update occurrence records 
if a 
user updates their name. Note that the email in occurrences also has to be 
updated if 
the user changes it.
