An InfoBull or Wiki Page for theses constants :

AllOccurrences, ALL_OCC;
AllInvalid, ALL_INVALID;
AllValidated, ALL_VALIDATED;
AllValidatedNotVetted,ALL_VALIDATED_NOT_VETTED;
AllVetted, ALL_VETTED;
MyOccurrences, MY_OCC;
MyInvalid, MY_INVALID;
MyValidated, MY_VALIDATED;
MyValidatedNotVetted, MY_VALIDATED_NOT_VETTED;
MyVetted, MY_VETTED;
Validated
Certified

I think it's ok however till we didn't fix this Issue 295: Certified as a 
category,
if we can have just a description of "Certified" or "Vetted".

Do we need "All Validated" ? because as I understand my record is "Invalid" or
"Validated but Not Certified" or just "Certified".

Added a description of Certified to the wiki for now.

"All Validated" is the only way to see the complete set of validated records, 
so I 
think it is necessary.
