Datum Transformation #332

The system doesn't currently do anything to transform the incoming 
coordinates to WGS84, but instead assumes that they already are, even when 
a different datum is given.

Teach people that they can leave it as null if they dont't know

currently assumes WGS84, transformation from other datum to WGS84 should happen 
outside of REBIOMA, prior to upload.
