Edit User Profile #334

After changing Email, First Name, Last Name, or Institution in the User
Profile screen, the "Save Changes" button does not become enabled. The
"Cancel" button is probably not necessary at all, but it could be made to
revert the values with pending edits to their unchanged values.

I am not able to reproduce this. For me, the "save changes button" is active 
when I reach the page, and I am able to save changes successfully. I agree that 
the cancel button is probably not necessary.
