search on email include hidden results #335

An advanced search using email should not return records for email
addresses that are supposed to be hidden.

The records are public but the Email is hidden

verified, a search using email returns records from this email. Although email 
itself is hidden, it is reasonable think that a person who selected to hide 
email on upload also expects that no one can search and find records based on 
this email. 

Suggested solution: when advanced search by email, exclude results that include 
hidden email
