What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Selected sign in, then register
2. Entered email and information
3. Pressed Enter
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I had tried logging in using all my old email addresses, as I know that I
had an account previously, at least it worked during the beta-testing
workshop in Berkeley last year. Since I could not log in using my email
addresses or favorite passwords I assumed that my old account had been
removed and that I would need to create a new account.
I expected to be able to create a new account. Instead it returned the
message that I cannot create an account at this time.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.
I am using Windows XP, and Mozilla Firefox.
