Search for locality

This is a nice new feature!  However, I wasn't sure what it was for when I
first got to the site.  If it said "Search for locality" in the box next to
"Go" that would take care of the problem.

     What gazetteer are we using?  For example search on Ranomafana only yields one hit.
 But there are at least six localities named Ranomafana.  Can this widget display
more than one result?

We are using "Go" to minimize space requirements for the locality search 
widget. The
idea is people "Go" to a locality. Can you think of a shorter description than
"Search for locality"?

The underlying gazetteer is backed by the Google Maps Geocoding API.

Can we add to the gazetter -- most people will need a lot more information than 
what
the GoogleMaps is providing?

This last comment reflects two issues. Adding to the gazetter, or using a 
different gazetter altogether, is already an issue (issue #216)

This issue is about changing the name of the label, only
