Names and order of environmental layers #353

The names of several environmental layers need to be changed as they are
incorrect. In addition, below, I suggest a different ordering of the layers
in the drop-down list that I find more intuitive (temp grouped with temp, etc.)

Name changes:
1. All of the layers with name that includes "months" should be changed to
"month" (singular, e.g. "warmest months", "coldest months", "wettest
months" etc.), with the exception of evapotranspiration, water balance
layers (keep "months" for these two groups).

2. Change "Parks - Madagascar 2008" to "Protected areas - Madagascar 2008"

3. In addition, "geol strech". Should this be "stretch"? Not sure but what
is "strech"?

Suggested order: Follow the list here

new info: GeolStrech – Madagascar 2000 (geolstrech.asc) is just geology,
change name
to "Geology - Madagascar 2000". Ascii name can change too, but this is not so
important

additional note:
* DEM elevation – WIOMER 2000 (topex.asc)

This layer (and data) can be removed as it was not displaying properly and is
not
used in the models.
