downloading model results in empty file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I downloaded the model for Acrocephalus_newtoni
2. I tried to open and to extract the zip file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected to get various files
got windows error message
"Cannot complete the compressed zipped folder wizard
The compressed (zipped) folder is empty
Before you can extract, you must copy files to this compressed (zipped)
folder."

In fact the compressed zipped file has >4600 KB.  I attach it here.  Maybe
it is a windows or a vista problem?  maybe i need a certain type of unzip
software?  i have not had that kind of problem unzipping other files...

as I understand the issue, we need to troubleshoot corrupt zip files, and once 
this
is corrected, re-enable the download model

Also, is it possible to include information on the metadata that went into the 
model
(number of points, and institutions or individuals who contributed data)
