upload matching on ScientificName

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload data with ScientificName field (genus + species)
2. Portal takes this field as verbatim species, regardless of what is in
genus + species field, even though this field is not required
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
REBIOMA (should) automatically derive the value of the VerbatimSpecies by
concatenating the values in the required input fields Genus and
SpecificEpithet, as well as the optional InfraspecificEpithet.

ScientificName is not a required field and should be ignored if present.
