"my awaiting review" bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in
2. Search "My Awaiting Review", "Public and Private", "Shared/Unshared", blank 
taxon name, and I get a result set (13872 records).
3. When I click the "list" link - result set changes to "All awaiting
review" (20821 records).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The result set should not change (should maintain "my awaiting review". This 
makes it difficult for reviewers to find their unique set of records awaiting 
review. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
