Summary tab [statistics] #385

A new tab for the summary and motivating the data owner. It can be just a table 
with: CollectionCode, InstitutionCode, Owner email, Number of records, Private 
or Public. 

It will be really cool if we can link directly to the data set. [Good for 
google referencing also]

dataset = a single upload. In standard DarwinCore there is a dataset 
identifier. DWC field = datasetName: http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/datasetName.

The UI for this needs additional details.
