upload sensitive to order of columns

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in and upload attached files
2. One fails, one is ok, but only difference is order of columns
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Upload fails due to null" message popup

geodecticdatum instead of geodeticdatum. Now we can see and verify missing 
headers !
