advanced search - include link to list of all fields #408

Users who are not familiar with the database structure might appreciate knowing 
which fields are available to search on. A simple solution would be to include 
a link on the advanced search page to the public google doc that lists fields 
("Rebioma database terms").

Is it still required to put the environmental values ? I want to Remove them. 
Separate DarwinCore Fields with others.
