Cannot find certain users in user management #412

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in
2. Select "User Management" tab
3. Search for user first name Tom

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tom A. expected; Instead only Andry returned (rakoTOM...)

Could be a symptom of a bigger issue with user records out of sync with linked 
tables?

This is by design. Apparently you cannot edit your own profile. To find and 
edit your own profile, you have to sign in as another user (e.g. some other 
admin) and go from there.
