"reviewability" of record depends on search method #415

I'm not sure if this is a defect, but it is very confusing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as reviewer
2. Search for "All Occurrences"
3. Try to review the first record in the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In my case, I am the assigned reviewer for the first record. However, I am not
able to review this record (no option for "review" in drop down action list)

If I search again for "My Occurrences to Review", the list is the same, and the
first record is available for me to review ("review as reliable" etc. in
drop-down action list).

These is the same record, and whether or not I can review it should not depend
on the method used to search for it.

Yes, now, the values available on the drop-down action list depend on the
method used to search.

If we want to change that to depend on the user logged in or on the record
selected:
 - depend on the user logged in: we'll have all actions available (Review as Reliable, ...) even for records that are not assigned to you for reviewing.

 - depend on the record selected: it'll work fine for only one record selected but if there are many records selected (assigned to you or/and not), this is going to cause a conflict.
