my awaiting review bug #417

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in, search on "my awaiting review"
2. Results show 68068 records that are already reviewed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Result set should not include records that have already been reviewed. By 
definition, 1 review = reviewed, and therefore not awaiting review. 

This may be a cache error, but seems to be by design? Behavior has been 
verified on ucbtest and data.rebioma.net
