additional fields in "list view" to aid review #420

Currently, records can only be marked "positive" or "negative" in list view. 
Consequently, users have suggested that additional fields in "list view" will 
help evaluate records, especially when reviewing in bulk. Examples include 
"collector" but others relating to institution (e.g. institution code) or site 
(e.g. field notes) could also be useful. If this makes the page too wide, 
perhaps a scroll bar could be added to the bottom.

Owner name (first, last) in addition to owner email, owner institution (from 
user table, not record)
