On upload of private data, de-activate option to "show email" #447

Describe the enhancement you would like in the form of a specific use case.
User uploads private data but still has option to "show email in records". This 
combination of options doesn't make sense, since there are no records to show. 
We think its better to hide this option when user clicks "private" - helps to 
assure that private data remains truly private.
