What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dans le cas d'un revalidation cas 5 et que l'espèce A devient deux 
différentes espèce B et C
solution:
mettre dans TA 
accepted  verbatim   stability
A         A          0
B         B          1
C         C          1

2.apres une revalidation cas 5 la colonne occurrence.stability = 1, mais après 
une validation par experts ou après une modification du data owner 
occurrence.stability = 0
3.

Il faut vérifier le cas 5 pendant l'upload des données!
