What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register for Web Portal successfully
2. Attempt to log in to data portal with same credentials
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be able to access Web Portal and Data Portal using one account.
Instead, the logins are distinct. This may be a deterrent to use of one or the
other of the portals. it would be useful to integrate the logins, especially
since the registration process for the Web Portal is more onerous than for the
majority of sites on the internet.
