Minor CSS fixes #50

I avoided changing the HTML.

This makes the button take up the full space (not sure why UA button doesn't in chrome) so it is better aligned. Also aligns icons better vertically with following text and make sure that expanding/collapsing details doesn't move arrow, label and icon around.

I have cherry-picked some things here. Since there were conflicts, it was easier that way. Thanks for the PR.
