WIKITRANSLATE fails for telugu page names #46

=WIKITRANSLATE("te:భారత రాజ్యాంగం - ప్రాథమిక హక్కులు", "en") gives two values

en | Fundamental rights in India -- | -- te | భారత రాజ్యాంగం - ప్రాథమిక హక్కులు where as only one is expected. While =WIKITRANSLATE("en:Berlin", 'ab'}) returns two values ab | Берлин -- | -- en | Berlin
