Add 8/16-bit indication to `LD` instruction in details section #30

Maybe as additional header on top of source row? Maybe just to Timing section - i.e. split into 2 sections?

Done, since table doesn't really have place for this, split timing section into 2 tables, one for 8-bit, the other for 16-bit instructions.
