Include built-in help #3

None of the following commands work:

I would expect one of them to print a summary of the README. Or at least the Usage section, and perhaps also a link to the full README.

Ru now supports -h, --help, -v, and --version options. AFAICT, Manpage installation via a gemspec isn't supported, but gem-man may be worth considering if enough people would like to see this.
