Tomboy 1.15.9 crashes on launch (Windows 10) #81

Installation instructions for Windows followed exactly - installation proceded smoothly. Rebooted after installation as suggested. Tomboy failed to launch from destop icon. Followed troubleshooting guide - cmd prompt feedback states unable to load glibsharpglue-2.dll. Checked paths - GTK2-Runtime\bin and GtkSharp\2.12\bin both present. Screenshots included. tomboy_cmd tomboy_dir

Noticed Norton Antivirus (came preinstalled on new machine) was interfering with installation of other programs, removing vital components during installation. Uninstalled Norton AV, uninstalled Tomboy and GTK libraries, then reinstalled (not Norton). Tomboy now works.
