Error Code

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install current version 
2. Go to training
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Figured get all training accomplished. instead this is what I get trying to set 
up max slots.

Something has gone wrong! Please try again, or refresh if this message reappear

This is constantly happening all the time as well as other members on the 
domains are having the same issue.

Been constantly fighting this for the last 2 days.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7
Firefox 4.0.1
Greasemonkey 9.5

All adobe and flash player are up to date for Firefox.

Please provide any additional information below.

You are clicking cancel when the error box comes up. Obviously it will stop.

This is the exact same error I'm getting and I know I'm not clicking cancel and 
no error box comes up .. this just happens.
