r136 test

I used a lancelot tutelage to test r136.

1. I had a 1707 build of cats already in the queue at 18h 21m 7s
2. Added another build of 1707 cats using lancelot tutelage
3. Cats added at 18h 21m 7s and lancelot was used
4. Refresh
5. Time for 2nd batch of cats reduced to 12h 50m 47s

So apart from the need to refresh for the time to show correctly, i would say 
it works.

Might be better if the pull down tab showed how many of each tutelage were 
available
