Info tab map not placing all cities on map

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the tools window and click on the Info tab
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
some of the boxes that represent my cities are way off the map, some near the 
edge of the tools window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20110503a on both WinXp and Win7, FF4 and GM 0.9.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Also I like that you added the crest info there, but can you put the 
troop/defense cost and might and upkeep info that used to be there at the top 
back. I found it a very useful quick reference and even though the wiki tab is 
there, it is not always convenient to search the wiki for some things.
