In Overview Tab - "Troops" is not selectable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Version 20110903a
2. Choose Overview
3. Troops will be dark grey

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a selectable button. Instead it is greyed as though already 
selected - and is not selectable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20110903a on Windows 7 using Firefox 6.01 and Cometbird 5. 

Please provide any additional information below.
The same thing occurs in Firefox and Cometbird - as above

I have been told of a work-around that works. Simply change your view from 
maximum to normal and back again and the issue goes away.

Go to overview tab, click on a non-grey button. Then go to march tab, click on 
any non-grey button. Go to Options tab, click on any non-grey button. It should 
solve the issue.

It has something to do with the new method of saving subtabs. The older 
versions saves all the subtabs to one variable. The new one saves the subtabs 
based on which tab they come under. So doing the stuff described above will 
switch you over to the new method.
