Bad link from Home page #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to your homepage:  http://code.google.com/p/koc-power-tools/
2. Click on 'Koc Alliance Info'
3. Got error 403  --  see below.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I saw:

Google

403. That’s an error.

Your client does not have permission to get URL /p/koc-alliance-info/ from this 
server. That’s all we know. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FF 8.0 ; Win7

Please provide any additional information below.

Hmm I think it was an old script that was discontinued. The original author 
stopped coding for a while already
