Unable to access tabs using KOC Power Tools

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am unable to access the different tabs.  I use Firefox 9.0.1 and for some 
time have been unable to access the menus, I am not even able to move them 
down. Please see screen capture attached,.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most up-to-date version of KOC Power Tools with Firefox 9.0.1 and Greasemonkey 
0.9.17

Please provide any additional information below.

Have this problem on all domains I am in, though another domain is worse and I 
cannot actually close power tools - see screen capture attached.
