Auto Upgrade/Enhance - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Please add an auto-upgrade option similar to the Manual Training in the Tools. 
Where you select the card (display its attributes) select the upgrade and then 
have it submit the upgade request and repair if it fails. So its two functions 
in one really. It will auto upgrade, if it fails, it then request the repair 
and when its fixed, resubmit. If we can do multiple cards that would be great 
but one at a time is fine too. It would need an auto stop if not enough a-stone 
is available.

The enhance would work the same way... 

Of course the options for the luck stones and mystics should be available via 
drop down as well.
