Need roll-over pop-up on Overview>Troops

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to TOOLS -> Overview.
2. Then go to Troops.
3. Cannot tell what the small pictures are.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Put a pop-up with the troop name when cursor is rolled over the picture.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 , Firefox , current - KOC Power Tools 20120119d
