Need Tournament page fixed #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use throne room items to reduce training speed and the numbers are WAY off 
in tournament page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Training 18k mm/Hour but the page shows 8900mm/hour, I have 14400 population 
per hour but it keeps running out of population cause the page does not 
calculate throne room training speeds into the mm/hour

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
always latest version of FF/scripts, from google code

Please provide any additional information below.
