Cannot see resources in overview. Will show all other categories but not resources #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Tools
2. Click Overview
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected to see Resources 
but instead looks like resources and tools are clicked. if I click another 
heading then that heading and resources both look clicked. Can not see 
resources. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
KOC version 201106272  Firefox 8

Please provide any additional information below.

This has been going on for some time and I have no idea how to fix it.

Is it an ascended city? bloodthorn troops have been added.
