Pb with allowed marches #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My city #is level 11, and my rally point too. I could send 12 marches but KOC 
auto attack still uses 10 max.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You can only send 11 marches with lvl 11 rally point right? Make sure you have 
enough idle knights in the city.
