Attacks not being sent from my 4th city!

All of my cities are set up for auto barbing but my 4th city wont send out any 
attacks. I have it checked off in the options menu but its still not sending 
out attacks. Anyone know how to fix this??

also if u have the option that "Only launch attacks from city they were first 
launched from." it will not launch from the new one

I relocated all of my cites and now I can't get any barb 
attacks at all to go out.  I have 4 cities and have been attacking from only 
two of those.  I have tried downloading the newest versions of everything but 
it just won't send out attacks!!  I have reloaded all attacks to each city and 
still nothing!!  I am beside myself with what to do.  Any suggestions on what 
the problem might be?

Sounds like your old attacks are still present and outside of the max distance 
parameter.
