Alliance Notification for Recalls #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It would be awesome if alerts can be posted to alliance chat for recalls made 
by attacker. Not sure if it can be done or not by Chrome seems to be able to 
notify about recalls.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
KocAttack -
Powertools -
Powerbot/Toolkit -

Firefox Version -

You might want to check with powerbot.
