Script will not show up on screen but will show up on monkey.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. refreshing
2. uninstalling and re installing script.
3. restarting firefox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Does not show "options" or any else above the screen in the brown boxes. But 
script does show up on monkey.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
KocAttack - 0.9.9.6
Powertools - 20110703a
Powerbot/Toolkit -20110704a

Operating System - vista
Firefox Version - 4.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
