not sending a full rally point

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.it is not sending a full rally point of troops for a lv11 rally point even 
after a reboot. and a refresh.
2.still getting a lot of excess traffic errors.
3.

What is the expected output? I have enough knights for the marches. What do you 
see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
KocAttack - the latest version
Powertools - the latest version
Powerbot/Toolkit - the latest version

Operating System - windows vista
Firefox Version - 3.6.16

Please provide any additional information below.

Unfortunately, none of my accounts have level 11 rally points, so I am unable 
to replicate this issue.

If you would like to donate the required money so I can buy the gems and 
purchase a level 11 rally point for testing, then I would be happy to look into 
this issue!

The latest version is very ambiguous. Most likely it was fixed in a newer 
version.
