March Screen: Replace ALL with MAX

Currently march screen has ALL button next to each troop type, this button is 
pretty much useless. As when we have 200K or 500K army where as rally point can 
hold only 90K or 100K.

I would be useful if there a button MAX instead of ALL, so can select max troop 
to march in 1 click instead of typing in 100000, most of the time i have to 
type extra 0 or make some sort of error.

You could either replace or add max.
